A WOMAN from Grays is officially a world beater, after her accountancy exams results came back as the best in the world.
Rebecca Whyman, 23, was awarded a 99 per cent mark in her F5 Management and Performance paper which forms part of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) exam.
Rebecca, who is currently working as a trainee accountant whilst undertaking the exams, said she owes her success to Palmers College in the town.
She said: “I was shocked that I received the highest mark in the world but at the same time was overjoyed with what I had achieved.
“I owe my success to Palmer’s as the teachers were always supportive and made my lessons very interesting. “
Principal of Palmer’s College, Mark Vinall said: “It is always good to hear of students succeeding in their examinations and Rebecca’s achievement is absolutely brilliant.”
