STORMS with up to 85mph winds and heavy rain could cause travel chaos later today and tomorrow.
Train operator c2c will have speed restrictions on its lines from 6pm.
c2c say, at the moment, it intends to run the advertised service tomorrow which is the special Christmas Eve timetable.
