Pilot's talk at the hall

A TALK on the world famous Harrier Jump Jet will take place at Orsett Hall in the coming weeks.
Harrier Chief Test Pilot, John Farley will be leading the talk.
A veteran of 20 years’ flying, John tested vertical take-off and landing aircraft in Britain and the USA before retiring as British Aerospace’s Harrier Chief Test Pilot in 1993. He flew more than 80 aircraft in his career.
All proceeds from the event will go towards the Vulcan Restoration Trust, which maintains the Vulcan at London Southend Airport.
Tickets cost £11.50 and can be bought online and on the door.
The talk will take place at the venue, in Prince Charles Avenue, on Wednesday, September 11, beginning at 8pm and finishing between 10pm and 10.30pm.
