Thurrock Art Society to exhibit in Horndon

THURROCK Art Society is holding its latest exhibition at the Swan Gallery in Horndon-on-the-Hill.
The exhibition opens Monday and features works by a variety of borough artists including Sylvia Maney, Lyn Stone, Peter Matthews, Sharon Phillips, and June Etchells.
The paintings on show range from landscape, portrait, wildlife and florals to abstract, in acrylics, watercolours, and pastels.
The exhibition at the gallery, which is upstairs in the Swan Inn, is on until Sunday, January 27.
