Dog owners day in South Ockendon

THURROCK Council is running another day for dog owners tomorrow.

The event, which offers tips and information on responsible dog ownership, is coming to Brannets Wood, South Ockendon from 11am to 2pm.

Free microchipping will be available as well as goody bags and free dog shows with prizes for different categories including a fancy dress dog competition for best Christmas outfit.
 

Dog experts will be on hand to answer questions from owners and there will also be a festive buffet with hogroast rolls, soup, sausage rolls, mince pies and hot chocolate.

All activities are free and owners can just turn up with their dogs.
