Hundreds of career-hunters turned out to the Gazette's jobs fair.
More than 500 people came through the doors in just the first two hours of yesterday's jobs, careers and training exhibition at the Moot Hall in High Street, Colchester, sponsored by Partnerships in Care.
Firms and organisations represented included Avon cosmetics, Essex Police, the Army and Anglia Ruskin University.
Ginette May, recruitment manager for the Gazette's parent company, Newsquest Essex, said: "It has gone really well. We are very pleased with the turnout."
