I AM researching my father's family for him as he is now 88-years-old and knows very little as he was taken from his unmarried mother and bought up in various orphanages.

Her name was Jessie Gill, she was born in Grays and had siblings.

Her parents names were Mary J. Gill, and Samuel Newton Gill they were born in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. Please can anyone help us, we have been trying for so long to fit the puzzle of his life together for him.
