The Yoga Shack. Weekly yoga classes in Mayland. Suitable for beginners and more experienced students. Classes have a gentle medative approach with breathing practices and deep relaxation. Yoga has many health benefits but can also improve the quality of your mind and life! The Yoga Shack is a beautiful custom built space where everything you need to enjoy a class is provided for you Classes are small to allow individual attention.
