YOUNG bookworms thought Christmas had come early after a visit from staff at the M6 Knutsford services.
The motorway services have supported Rudheath Primary Academy as their adopted school for three years.
A number of staff at the services have children and grandchildren at the school.
The latest support for the school was in the form of a donation of £2,000 worth of books, which were presented by the services general manager Matthew Kirby.
The books were presented to school principal Andrew Ross, and Matthew was accompanied by site support manager Julie Tolley, whose grandson Haydon attends the school.
