DAY (nee Stokes) Pamela Audrey 29.05.1929 - 23.04.2016 A much loved Mum, Nan, Great Nan and Sister Who sadly passed away 23rd April at home, and will be missed by all who knew her Funeral to be held on 3rd May, 11.30am at West Thurrock Chapel, followed by a burial at West Thurrock Cemetery. Flowers or donations to St Lukes Hospice
