Elizabeth COOK ( Elsie ) Passed away peacefully 18th August 2014. Aged 94. Much loved Mum, Nan, Great Nan and Great Great Nan. Funeral to be held St Johns Church Tilbury 3rd September 1.30pm Interment at Chadwell St Mary, then Orsett Hall All Family and Friends welcome.
