CAROL ROSE SMITH A much loved Daughter, Sister and Auntie sadly passed away peacefully at St Luke's Hospice on 22nd August, Aged 58. Funeral to be held at Our Lady Star of the Sea, Tilbury at 1.00pm on Thursday 4th September, then Chadwell Cemetery. Flowers to Co-operative Funeralcare, Grays or donations to St Luke's Hospice.

So sorry to see this. I worked with Carol in the Solicitors Office in the 1970's and we got on really well. She was such a lovely, funny person. I kept in touch off and on but lost touch when I moved to another Department. I was so sad to learn this news and my sympathies go to all of her family and friends. RIP Carol.
PS: She was the only person I have every known who had their Birthday on Christmas Day. I sent her a joint Birthday/Christmas card once.
